Adagio Inventory is a complete multi-location stock management and control system which tracks purchases, receipts, shipments, returns, and adjustments with ease. Inventory supports multiple costing methods and units of measure; LIFO, FIFO, Average, Standard and User Defined Costing are all available. With a 16 character item number in four user-defined segments, most numbering schemes are supported. The Invoices module combines unlimited line items, lengthy descriptions, and flexible formatting with powerful archival batch management for recurring invoicing and service billing. OrderEntry automates your sales order entry and invoicing, giving you the ability to manage backorders, future orders, standing orders, invoices, and credit notes. The module allows for copying and restoring of orders between customers, complete with order re-pricing from inventory as the new order is created. Orders can be imported from external systems, and a complete order, invoice and credit note history is maintained. Adagio SalesAnalysis captures critical sales data at the detail level to allow for refined analysis with online inquiry, statistics, charting, and reporting. JobCost is the ideal cost tracking solution for construction companies, contractors, and service industries. The module accurately measures all your jobs or projects, allowing you to recognize revenue as each job progresses. With Time&Billing, you can comprehensively manage time and disbursement accounting, with WIP management and transaction billing. Time&Billing is suitable for accountants, architects, consultants, and engineers, as well as project accounting such as software development.
