Adagio offers full departmental accounting that is easy to learn, with form and keyboard-oriented data entry, tight audit trails and unsurpassed flexibility with reports. With Adagio Ledger, batch transaction management ensures only approved and balanced entries are posted to your accounts. It supports either a 12 or 13 period fiscal calendar, with a year of history and one set of budgets. Every copy of Ledger includes and incorporates Adagio’s Financial Reporter, allowing users to create new financial statements by dragging and dropping a range of accounts into a customizable spreadsheet-based report. The Financial Reporter provides powerful, easy-to-use reporting, with unlimited design and summarization flexibility. It does not require Excel, but statements can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet if necessary. All cells on the sheet are created using formulas, allowing financial statements to be independent of their chart of accounts. You’ll also love how it allows you to drill from a figure on a statement, all the way down to the posted transactions. The Receivables module offers complete receivables management for your business. Whether you bill time or sell products, Adagio Receivables allows user-defined aging, customizable statements, and unlimited notes and alerts for an account. Adagio Payables allows you to track amounts owed to vendors and improve cash flow by maximizing early payment discounts. Payables also supports unlimited control accounts and customizable check layouts. BankRec provides a centralized module to manage your cash position. Simply pick up transactions from Adagio Payables and send cash receipts to Adagio Receivables. Automatically reverse NSF checks, accounting for bank fees and client charges. With BankRec, you can reconcile accounts to your bank statement and Adagio Ledger in mere minutes.
